Who We Are

Established in 2006, InSearch Medical is a career management company that works with and represents the hiring needs for various practice types including skilled nursing, in and outpatient care, acute and sub-acute, long term care, schools, sports medicine, hospital-based roles and positions in home health. Unlike traditional employment agencies, our team has developed close, long-term relationships within these organizations that enable us to become an integrated part of the hiring process.

Our employer network consists of hundreds of leading healthcare providers across the country with whom we help attract, screen and directly hire skilled professionals in physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as nurses with experience in management and MDS. We maintain our focus on permanent placement positions and do not offer any travel opportunities.

Due to the nature of our long-term and trusted relationships, InSearch Medical can provide a more direct, and responsive avenue for submitting applications, and garnering employer feedback for the applicants we represent. Additionally, we are committed to advocating on your behalf, and finding the best fit for your skills, experience, salary expectations, and geographical requirements. We disclose details about our facilities, company culture, benefits, salary and work schedules upfront to ensure you are submitted to the positions that are the best fit for you.

We do require all applicants to be pre-screened, to ensure a great fit for both our applicants and employers. During this process, we work closely with applicants to properly set expectations on timing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, relocation packages, sign-on bonuses, and work schedules.
