The Assistant Director of Nursing provides assistance to the Director of Nursing to organize, directs, evaluates, manages and develops the nursing department.  Oversees care of patients provided by nursing staff, hires and supervise nursing staff, oversee infection control , patient rights, and provides excellent levels of care and a liason  to the patients and families, associates and vendors.  . Assists with goals , programs, goals, policies and procedures of the nursing department.
