The MDS Coordinator Role
As an MDS Coordinator with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch care. Here's what you'll be up to:
- Administer, direct, and coordinate patient care activities.
- Shape policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Optimize the MDS process to improve patient clinical outcomes.
- Ensure meticulous clinical and support documentation for maximum reimbursement.
- Collaborate on comprehensive care plans for each patient.
- Transmit MDS assessments promptly.
Requirements
You can be an LPN or RN for our 2nd Seat positions, you must have experience in MDS 3.0 and skilled nursing. Compliance with federal and state guidelines, including licensing requirements, is a must. The best part? No on-call duty for MDS.
