Responsibilities-
Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate, document, and manage patients' strength, range of motion, and muscle performance.
Patient Care: Provide ongoing physical therapy care in compliance with the organization's best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
Treatment Planning: Develop treatment plans that outline the treatment strategy, its purpose, and anticipated outcomes.
Patient Independence: Determine the patient's ability to be independent and successfully reintegrate themselves upon completion of care.
