Our client is urgently seeking a passionate full-time , permanent Nursing Home Administrator  to join their dynamic team. .
Must Be Florida  Licensed Nursing Home Administrator  (LNHA) and Have Minimum of 1 Year Experience 

• Take the helm of our Joint Commission-approved facility, specializing in skilled nursing and sub acute care. 
• Develop, guide, and support our diverse team across all functional areas, including operations, administration, clinical services, human resources, and customer service. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee all fiscal activities and reporting with precision and transparency. Drive the financial strategy that sustains and enhances the facility's health and success.
