Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, direct, administer, and document speech language pathology services for patients.
- Administer treatments according to established care plans to aid in restoring function and preventing disability.
- Assist patients in achieving maximum performance and function within the constraints of their disability, fostering independence and routine in their daily lives.
- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
- Actively participate in departmental operations, performance improvement activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of patient charges and participate in departmental training and safety programs.
