In this role, the Clinic Director will provide therapy services to help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Working in an outpatient health setting, the physical therapist will provide initial and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning and patients’ progress in their residence. 

Job Responsibilities-
Work with client, communities, and management staff to plan all aspects of clinic operations to ensure clinic is operating efficiently, and effectively.
Communicate policies, procedures and  evaluate performance and provide assistance.
Monitor and maintain work schedules for appropriate staffing.
Monitor therapy services to make sure patient needs are being met.
Leadership of team to achieve high moral, positive atmosphere and team centered environment.
